Louise Hall is a contemporary abstract artist based in Charleston, South Carolina. Her original acrylic paintings explore color, movement and the natural rhythms of the Lowcountry, drawing inspiration from its waterways, tides, coastal landscapes, and it’s ever changing environment.
I paint what I feel when I am immersed in nature… the only place I can slow my mind and feel truly calm and at peace. I see patterns
created by the wind in the waters of the oceans and rivers, and in the sands of the beach. The translation of what I see, and the emotions
